To better explain TPEG we really fall into two main categories: Utility energy information services, and, energy procurement advisory services.
The RFP Process:
- Review of historical usage patterns
- Creation and management of RFP's and selection of Energy Providers
- Review of proposals and contract negotiation
- Aggregation of load where possible
- Determination of hedging options and implementation strategies
Energy & Bill Management Process:
(TPEG) Bill Management Services include data entry and reconciliation for natural gas, electricity and utility invoices such as water, sewer, and waste. All invoices may be redirected to an imaging facility where they are opened and scanned the day they are received. All accounting and energy management data will then be uploaded and available for Client viewing on-line. A series of audits are then performed on the invoices to insure accuracy and (TPEG) staff then works to eliminate any problems such as incorrect utility billing or facility issues such as leaks or meter malfunctions. These audits and issue resolution include incorrect rates, out-of-bound billing dates, and metered volumes that are out of the historical normal range.
TPEG’s process approach for delivering world class service to its customers is built upon years of experience and energy management knowledge. We enable our clients to leverage best processes and solutions with minimal or no investment in procurement and utility management.
